Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived yet, please check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. If the tracking shows that the parcel is still in transit or if it exceeds the estimated delivery time, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance. We're here to help!

Do you operate a physical retail location?

No, we currently do not have a physical retail location. However, we are going to partner with select pilates studios to offer our products soon.

Will I earn points for purchases made before I created my account?

No, purchases made before you created your account will not contribute to your spending total in the program. Only transactions completed after account creation will count towards your eligible spending. We encourage you to sign up before your next purchase to start accumulating rewards!

How to earn and redeem my points?

You&Arcadia is a spending-based loyalty program, there are no points to earn or redeem; it's straightforward. You simply unlock different tiers based on your total spending amount. For more details, please refer to You&Arcadia page.

Does membership expire?

Yes, if there are no purchases for 6 months, your tier status will be downgraded, and you won't receive welcome gifts or birthday discounts until you upgrade again. To maintain your tier, make at least one purchase (minimum one pair of socks) within that 6-month period.
