How can I verify that my order has been confirmed

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations. However, if you need to amend your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email: info@andarcadia.com .We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.
My parcel hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived yet, please check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. If the tracking shows that the parcel is still in transit or if it exceeds the estimated delivery time, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance. We're here to help!
Do you operate a physical retail location?
No, we currently do not have a physical retail location. However, we are going to partner with select pilates studios to offer our products soon.
