DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order and confirming payment verification. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping times do not account for order processing. Orders submitted after 4:00 PM GMT +8 on Fridays will start processing the following Monday. Additionally, transit times exclude weekends and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

&Arcadia is not liable for any duties, import fees, or charges related to importing goods into your country. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are declined due to unpaid duties and taxes. Please note that international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if you choose to return or exchange items. For inquiries about international shipping, reach out to us at info@andarcadia.com.

Upon reaching the destination country or region, international orders may undergo customs clearance procedures, which could result in delays beyond the initial delivery estimates. If you decide to refuse a shipment from &Arcadia, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any applicable import fees, and the expense of returning the package to us. These costs will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Returns and Refunds

We prioritize your health and safety, which is why we have implemented a strict no return policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Final Sale: All purchases made on our website are final unless specified otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for specific items due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. Hygienic Considerations:

   • Socks: For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable. Once socks are worn or tried on, they cannot be resold, and we cannot guarantee their cleanliness or safety for other customers. This policy helps protect everyone from potential health risks associated with used items.

      

   • Personal Care Products: Similar to socks, personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

      

   • Laundry Bags: For hygiene reasons, laundry bags are non-returnable. Once used, they cannot be resold, and we cannot guarantee their cleanliness or safety for other customers.

      

   • Gift Bags: Gift bags are also non-returnable. Due to their nature, once opened or used, they cannot be resold, and we cannot ensure their safety for reuse.

3. Other Items: We may introduce a return policy for other items in the future. Until that time, purchases of other items are considered final. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before making a purchase.

4. Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

5. Order Accuracy: Please ensure that all details, including size, color, and quantity, are correct before completing your purchase. We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
